Shipping and Returns

Orders

All products are made to order. However, this won't delay your order from getting to you as quick as possible. We aim to have each order shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. During high volume times you can check current order fulfillment times which will be displayed on our homepage when the wait time will be greater than 1-2 business days for an item to ship. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received.

Shipping

Customers in the USA:
Our free standard shipping is USPS. Additional shipping options can be selected at checkout that utilize USPS and UPS as options.

International customers:
We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Returns
All sales are final. If an item is delivered in a damaged condition you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of damaged item.

For limited edition items an exchange may not be possible due to limited quantities of supplies. In this case a full refund will be provided upon receipt of the damaged item.

Please note refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
